Crescent Bar Internet, LLC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of internet services provided by Crescent Bar Internet, LLC ("Crescent Bar," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
Crescent Bar provides residential and commercial internet services via fiber networks in the Quincy, WA area and surrounding Grant County. The scope, speed, and reliability of service may vary based on location, network infrastructure, and plan selected. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration and billing information. You agree to update this information promptly if changes occur.
Crescent Bar may provide, sell, or recommend networking equipment such as routers. Any equipment sold to a customer becomes their property upon purchase. Equipment provided by Grant County PUD remains the property of the PUD. Customers are responsible for maintaining internal wiring and customer-owned devices.
Use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Internet Use Policy and Fair Use Policy, both available on our website. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of service.
While we strive for continuous uptime, Crescent Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Outages or disruptions caused by Grant County PUD infrastructure are outside our direct control, though we will coordinate on your behalf to resolve them promptly.
All services are billed monthly. Autopay and paperless billing are required. Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their account. Late payments may result in suspension of service. A one-time setup fee applies at signup and may be credited back to qualifying self-install customers.
Service is provided on a month-to-month basis with no annual contract. Customers may cancel service with at least 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Crescent Bar may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, policy violations, or other reasons with appropriate notice as required by law.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We collect and retain network and customer data in accordance with applicable laws and only to the extent required for billing, support, and legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Crescent Bar harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
