Customers with commercial-grade or server hosting needs are encouraged to explore our colocation services at wacolo.com.
Crescent Bar does not impose hard monthly data caps on residential internet service. We will not cut off your service or automatically charge you for exceeding a data threshold. However, we reserve the right to review this position if network demand ever warrants it, and will provide advance notice of any such change.
Crescent Bar may monitor aggregate traffic patterns and take reasonable steps to preserve network performance. Actions may include contacting a customer to discuss unusual usage, applying temporary rate adjustments during peak congestion, or — in cases of confirmed abuse — suspending or terminating service. See our Network Management Policy for details.
Residential plans are not intended for enterprise-level workloads. Customers with commercial needs should contact us to discuss available business internet options at [email protected].
We may amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and may also be communicated via email.
