The $50 setup fee includes a standard residential install: we’ll run a Cat6 Ethernet cable from the gateway to the nearest common room, drill a single hole to route the cable inside, and install and test your router. If your home requires more complex work — such as wiring through crawlspaces, under decks, into attics, or beyond a basic wall drop — additional labor is billed at $65 per hour. We’ll always go over any extra work ahead of time so there are no surprises.

For seasonal residents, we offer an optional $8.99/month standby plan that allows you to pause service without paying reactivation or deactivation fees. Starting April 15 each year, all standby plans will automatically revert to your most recent paid service tier unless you request a change in advance.
