The standard $50 setup fee covers a typical residential installation, including running a Cat6 Ethernet cable from the fiber gateway to the nearest room and drilling a single hole to route the cable from outside to inside. We’ll install and test your router to ensure everything is working properly. If your home requires more complex work — such as accessing crawlspaces, running cable under decks, into attics, or through walls beyond a basic drop — additional labor is billed at $65 per hour. We’ll always discuss any specialized work in advance so there are no surprises.
