This optional upgrade enables 24/7 emergency repair support through Grant County PUD. If your PUD fiber equipment or gateway fails, we can immediately request a PUD technician dispatch to your location—even after hours. You’ll still contact us first, and we’ll coordinate the PUD call-out on your behalf. This service is ideal for businesses that require round-the-clock fiber reliability.
