These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of internet services provided by Crescent Bar Internet, LLC (“Crescent Bar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided Crescent Bar provides residential and commercial internet services via fiber and hybrid coaxial networks in the Quincy, WA area. The scope, speed, and reliability of service may vary based on location, network infrastructure, and plan selected. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
2. Eligibility and Registration Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration and billing information. You agree to update this information promptly if changes occur.
3. Installation and Equipment Crescent Bar may provide, rent, or sell networking equipment (e.g., modems, routers). Equipment provided remains the property of Crescent Bar unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers are responsible for maintaining internal wiring and customer-owned devices.
4. Acceptable Use and Fair Use Use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Internet Use Policy and Fair Use Policy, both of which are available on our website. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of service.
5. Service Availability and Limitations While we strive for continuous uptime, Crescent Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Service is provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise outlined in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
6. Billing and Payment All services are billed monthly in advance. Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their account, including taxes and fees. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless a different due date is specified. Late payments may result in suspension of service and/or late fees.
7. Term and Termination Service is provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Customers may cancel service with at least 5 days’ notice. Crescent Bar may terminate service for non-payment, violation of policies, or any reason with appropriate notice as required by law.
8. Privacy Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We collect and retain network and customer data in accordance with applicable laws and to the extent required for technical support, troubleshooting, billing, and legal obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Crescent Bar harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
